Our home will be a 6 bed, 24 hour supervised, licensed children's residential facility, providing stability and teaching youth skills to thrive! JRC will serve females between the ages of 11-18. We will empower youth with tools, knowledge, and resources to make productive lifestyle choices into adulthood. We believe youth can and will do better when given new information and opportunities. 

Mission Statement: Our mission is to expand youth’s knowledge so they can create the future they want. Our goal is to give youth the environmental conditions, needed to create a healthy mindset. It’s our mission to help youth see themselves living a bigger and better life. We measure our success on the outcomes for youth after they exit our program. We aim to expose youth to the various positive life outcomes they can achieve!

Vision Statement: We envision JRC being not only out of home placement, but a pipeline to success. We will provide youth a safe environment with the necessary supplies, mentors, and experiences to grow and make better decisions. We envision helping youth thrive and reach unimaginable goals. We foresee youth who come through our program not only improving their own circumstances we know they will also positively impact their families, communities, and future generations.
