I’m Carmella Doby Founder of Juvenile Relief Center. I grew up in the system and was taught my chances of success and survival were small. I knew I wanted more for my life, but didn't have the knowledge, network or environment to achieve it.

Today thousands of youth in Minnesota are facing this same bleak reality and future trajectory. An average of 4,000 youth are in out of home placement, daily, in Minnesota. But few programs focus on what happens after youth discharge and what their future will be. This is why I want to open the doors of the Juvenile Relief Center!

To serve youth in MN at risk of incarceration, addiction, poverty, and or premature death. To give them the environment, network, and knowledge, that'll build a strong pipeline to success.
